I had no idea that I was paying to have a tree planted until after I checked out. I spoke to other people at the funeral and they said the same thing. It's just wrong!

The picture does not compare what was delivered to the funeral home. Also white carnations were in the mix, which made it look cheaper. This was a very small and unattractive arrangement-which I spent a total of $130+ I was extremely embarrassed and will never use this website again. I usually use another florist, but I ordered through the funeral home out of convenience to make sure the arrangement got there on time. Again-picture is very deceiving. Plus I am waiting for the tree of life certificate so I can forward to the widow of the deceased person. Thank you

What I loved the most was the convenience of placing the order. There was a large variety to choose from and it was delivered in a timely fashion. Due to COVID 19 my family was unable to attend my uncle's funeral, it was comforting to know we where able to have a token of our love for the funeral.

While sitting in the front pew with my Brother-in-law Ralph,the widower,I had a chance to look over all the floral arrangements and did not see the one pictured above. Instead, I saw a nice ceramic dish with an arrangement that included red roses with some of the green plants and the peace lily. It looked lovely. Thanks for doing such a nice job. Ingrid Baird

A very close friend in a distant county went to be with the Lord. She had been a great help to us in past years in the Lord's work. We were not able to be with the family. I made a call to the Sympathy Store team whose address was listed with the funeral home. They located a florist in the area that was open on Labor Day. We appreciated their willingness to help us remember our friend.

I was extremely impressed there was an online version of ordering flowers, time of delivery, all details were covered in your order. How difficult it is to find florist within towns your unfamiliar with. You saw exactly what you were going to get as well.

Our friend showed me the plant that I sent to them via the Sympathy Store . I have done my share of buying and sending flowers via TeleFlowers or ProFlowers and the flowers were not always the freshest. To be safe, I ordered potted plant instead. I am very satisfied with how they used a heavy ceramic pot and the plants were beautiful and strong-looking, just like in the picture. I highly recommend the store.

Was under the impression that this plant was much larger and the picture showed this to be in a ceramic pot and it showed up to be in basket, which is cheaper looking, and there was definitely not all the plants that is showed in picture, it appeared that it was supposed to have 4-5 different plants in it yet, there was only 2 main plants and the leaves were even showing brown areas, we all chipped in from work to get a nice plant for our friends father and were very disappointed, and even embarrassed with the plant that came, the card that was on the plant looked bigger than the actual plant. We will not be ordering again.
