Order was delivered late, most people only have one day viewing anymore. I did not see flowers but family member took photo. Did not really look like the order that I placed. Some flowers looked old. I ordered this beautiful bouquet for my uncle's funeral. The day before the funeral, my aunt (his wife) passed away and they decided to have the funeral for both. I called customer service and they were able to make changes to the ribbon I had purchased as well as the card - the day before! I was incredibly impressed not only with the flowers but how accommodating they were prior to the service. Thank you for the great service for a very sad time.

I didnt get any of the carnations that was picture in. And the lavender flower was very small verus the one in the picture.

Other than to have them delivered to the funeral home... Probably with many other arrangements at the same time, and taken to the visitation room. It was a very convenient process... Very happy with this floral service provided on the funeral home website. It was easy to order online, I was able to see what others had ordered so as not to duplicate. Flowers "Gracious Lavender Basket" were delivered the day of the funeral and I received an email once delivered. I saw the arrangement in person and it was exactly as pictured on the website so I was quite pleased. I also liked the variety and price ranges of arrangements offered.
