I payed over $100 ( that’s with taxes). for a very small probably an 8x8 square flower arrangement. It was wilted and looked sad. I also had a tree donated to plant which was $10. I will never use this way for flowers again. I was embarrassed when I saw the arrangement.

My friends dad passed and I was unable to get to Texas from North Carolina. I thought this would be the easiest way. I paid for flowers to be delivered on March 8th 2022. My delivery didn't make it until March 10,2022 and it was an inconvenience for the other party. I really wasn't happy with this service at all. They were sending me emails to get the parties phone number. All of this should have been asked during payment. I'm a nurse and don't have time to answer emails all the time. Communication needs to be way better with this company. Maybe they should change the process so people in the future won't have this problem!!!!

I felt better about not being able to attend. The arrangement was sent to the Gravesite, a friend took a picture and sent it to me so I could see what it looked like.
