My complaint is, that when I saw the receipt in my email, there was an extra 9 or $10 for a tree that I had not agreed to purchase.
If possible I'd like to be reimbursed for that tree.

I ordered this arrangement for my nephews service the night before. Not only was it delivered on time but it exceeded my expectations. The entire arrangement from the flowers to the vase were gorgeous. I ordered the smaller size and price wasn't outrageous. I also enjoy the option to get some regarding the message on the card. Trying to find the right words was very difficult for me. Luckily I had the option to scroll through suggestions and it helped a lot. Highly recommended all around!

I ended up calling customer service to order since we were sending flowers from a group of us and I could not get all the names in the space provided. They were able to figure out how to do that with names spelled correctly, and all names on the card. Flowers were delivered to the funeral home on time which was a relief, as in the past have had the experience of ordering sympathy flowers delivered to a funeral home which were delivered to the wrong place! I wasn't able to attend my grandfather's funeral, but was able to send flowers. They arrived at the venue in advance of the service as promised. I heard from other family members that they were gorgeous. I really felt good knowing the flowers arrived on time and were appropriate for the occasion. Thank you.
