Tommy Allen Fogle

After a brief battle with cancer, Tommy Allen Fogle, passed away February 1st, 2017 at St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Anderson. He was surrounded by his loving family and close friends. Tommy was born on November 1, 1962, in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, to Herbert and Esther Fogle. Tommy grew up as the youngest in a family of 13 children. In life, Tommy lived every day to its fullest potential. A few of his greatest joys were hunting, fishing, playing pool, and card nights with family. Tommy was also known for his huge heart. The love he had for his children overflowed into the enormous love he had for his grandchildren. His legacy will live on through them. He had a strong bond with each of his nieces and nephews as well. He always made sure he was a significant part of each of their lives. The passing of Tommy has left an irreplaceable void in the lives of all who had the honor of knowing him. Those left to cherish his memories are his daughter, Ashley (Sam) McKee; son,Justin (Maliena) Fogle; son,Jeremy (Brandy) Wilber, and his wife Denechia. Tommy also leaves behind 16 grandchildren who will miss him dearly. Additionally, he is survived by two brothers, Bill (Teresa) Fogle and Hub (Juanita) Fogle; three sisters, Leslie (Bill) Carmody; Stacie (Ray) Williams and Terrie Buntin as well as many nieces and nephews. Tommy was blessed with many close friends including Tim Lemon, Roy Grissom., Tim Woods. The family would like to thank two special nurses from the 6th floor of St. Vincent Anderson, Mindy and Annie. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Ronnie, Lary, Johnny, Michael and Joe; sisters Sherrie and Myra. The family would like to express their appreciation for the love and support that has been shown during Tommy's illness and passing. Tommy's wishes were to be cremated. His ashes will be laid to rest at the family plot in Riverview Cemetery in Aurora, IN. In lieu of flowers, donations can either be made to the family to help cover the cost of services or to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Peyton Manning Children's Hospital, or Riley Children's Hospital. There will be a celebration of life on Sunday,February 12th , at The Billiard Club in Anderson, IN, from 12-4 pm. www.loosecares.com
