Myra Jane Fridley

Anderson - Myra Jane Hancock Fridley, 60, Anderson, died May 31, 2002 at St. Johns Medical Center, after a brief illness. She was born November 13, 1941 in Gosport, Indiana, and lived most of her life in the Anderson and Middletown area. She worked as a custodian at the Three Pigs Restaurant and Lounge from 1990 to 1993. In 1993 she became employed at Indiana Mills Manufacturing, Inc. in Westfield, IN until February of this year. She was a loving and caring wife and mother and always put family and others first. She had a warm and friendly spirit and was loved by many. She leaves to honor her memory her husband of 44 yrs., whom she married in 1957, Stephen Douglas Fridley, eight daughters, Mary Kay husband, Calvin Pulley, Jessica Lynn husband, Steve Eytchison, Elizabeth Jane husband, Angelo Smith, Patricia May Fridley special friend, Scottie Travis, Jennifer Lea Hedgecraft special friend, Bobby Hall, Angelina Jenee' Fridley special friend, Will Davis, Alicia Christine Fridley, and Mollie Ann Fridley special friend, Ronnie Hansmann, four brothers, Art wife, Joyce Hancock, Stevie Earl wife, Georgia Hancock, Terry wife, Malinda Hancock, and Mike wife, Arla Hancock, three sisters, Jean Hymer, Janice Lyons, and Roberta Ball, a sister-n-law, Emma Lou Hancock, and a son-in-law, Larry Davis, thirteen grandchildren, Kyle Douglas Pulley, Kevin Auston Pulley, Rieanna Janel Davis, Byron Allen Land, Corey Michael Land, Malaya Tyann Smith, Darris James Jones, Sconisha Tyne Travis, Scott Alan Hedgecraft, Kylee Marie Hedgecraft, Kaleb Dalton Davis, Xavier Dustin Tomlinson and Stephen Zachary Chance Tomlinson. Also surviving are special friends, Robyn Haflett, Angel Fogle, and several nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded by her by her parents, Robert Lawson Hancock and Violet Marie Donaldson Hancock, a daughter, Suzanna Marie Davis; a brother, Robert Hancock, best friend, Margaret Jane ''Janie'' Schaffer Fridley, and in-laws, Lloyd Edwin Fridley & Janie May Lewis Fridley. Services will be Tuesday, June 4, 2002 at 11:30 AM, at Robert D. Loose Funeral Home, South Chapel, with Rev. James Judd officiating. Burial will be in Mechanicsburg Cemetery-Mechanicsburg, Indiana .
