Marilyn A. DeBolt

Noblesville - Marilyn A Bridges DeBolt, 87, Noblesville, passed away peacefully at River Walk Village-Noblesville with family beside her as she went to be with Her Lord and Savior on May 4, 2010. She was born January 16, 1923 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Rhea Ruland Bridges and John Royal Bridges. She attended Longfellow School, Central Jr. High and graduated from Anderson High School with the Class of 1941. Marilyn was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church for over 60 years and the American Baptist Women's Ministries. She was a member of the Steering Committee for the 1941 Class reunions and former member of Delta Theta Tau Sorority. Marilyn was a member of the Supervisory Committee for Independent Federal Credit Union, member of Golden Rule Extension Homemaker where she was a past president and treasurer. She was also a member of Daughters of the American Revolution DAR She is survived by her brother, Jack & wife Mary Jane Lutz Bridges of Anderson; two sisters-in-law, Virginia Renner of Anderson and Wanda DeBolt of Bedford; three daughters, Toni & husband Craig Hughel of Noblesville, Debra & husband Larry Maddox of Fishers and Vicki & husband Robert Stallman of Naperville, Illinois; grandchildren, Michael & wife Stephanie Hughel of Seymour, Mark & wife Lise Hughel of Scarsdale, New York, Cynthia & husband Patrick Miller of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Melissa Marshall of Fishers, Adrienne Stallman of Chicago, Illinois and Nicole & husband Lou Dragisity of New York, New York; and great grandchildren, Elliott and Phoebe Hughel, Kyleigh Miller and Ian Marshall. She was preceded in death by her husband whom she married October 20, 1943, Richard E. DeBolt; parents, John Royal & Rhea Ruland Bridges; two brothers-in-law, Robert Renner and Robert N. DeBolt and two nephews, Joe Renner and Richard Winningham. Visitation will be from 4-8:00 PM on Friday, May 7, 2010 at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, South Chapel; 200 W. 53rd Street; Anderson. Services will be Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 11:30 AM, at the funeral home, south chapel, with Dr. Art Jaggard officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Anderson.
