Macaria Oliveros Wyatt, beloved mother, grandmother, aunt and sister, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2023, at the age of 69. She was born on April 10th, 1954, to Macario and Calixtra Oliveros in Manila, Philippines. Macaria's legacy lives on through her daughter Carolyne (Carol) Ancil, who was her pride and joy. Macaria was a devoted mother, always providing unwavering love and support for her daughter. She cherished her role as a grandmother to her three grandchildren: Cara (Ancil) Parker, Bryce William Ancil and Cadean Christopher Ivey Thomas. Her heart overflowed with joy when she became a great-grandmother to Ella Marin, Mia Marin, Malakai Marin and Koen Jay Parker who brought immense happiness into her life. Macaria is also survived by her sister, Catalina Oliveros, and two sisters-in-law, Salve Oliveros and Marilou Oliveros. She leaves behind a vast extended family, including nieces and nephews: Shy, Kenneth, Klein, Carrie, Grace, Love, Ison, and many great nieces and nephews. Macaria's warm presence and love will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Throughout her life, Macaria was dedicated to the field of education. She worked tirelessly as a teacher for many years and eventually became a dedicated superintendent for local schools in Manila, Philippines. She retired from Central Indiana Regional Blood Center as a Volunteer Director in their volunteer department. Macaria's commitment to her students and their success was unparalleled, leaving a lasting impact on everyone she encountered. She held a master's degree in education and a nursing degree from Indiana University, a testament to her continuous pursuit of knowledge and self-improvement. In her free time, Macaria pursued her passion for stained glass, creating beautiful works of art that captured the essence of her vibrant spirit. She also generously gave her time to several local charities, volunteering selflessly to make a difference in the lives of others. Macaria's faith was an integral part of her life, and she regularly attended group prayer meetings …. finding solace and strength in her spiritual community. Macaria found immense joy in cooking and gathering her loved ones around the table. Her culinary skills were legendary, and she took great pleasure in preparing delicious meals for her family and friends. Whether in the United States or the Philippines, Macaria's warmth and hospitality made every gathering memorable and filled with love. Macaria Wyatt was a remarkable woman, known for her unwavering love, compassion, and dedication to others. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered as a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. A funeral service to celebrate Macaria's life will be held on December 22, 2023, 3:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, Anderson, IN.
